Slowing Down Your Mind and Body For Sleep

I have had to really work on my relationship with sleep. I used to think it was an inconvenience and a waste of time but through educating myself on the importance of allowing this rest, I have come to really honor my sleep. 


If you’re like me and have a busy mind, you might need to put in extra effort to unwind. Think about it like you’re turning down the volume of the day. By the time you get into bed, the “sound” should be almost 0 so that you can fall asleep right away (not laying there thinking for 20+ minutes).
