Anxiety Reducing Practices To Add To Your Morning Routine
I never really had anxiety until I was an adult. I would hear people talk about it but didn’t fully grasp it. then 2020 happened, I opened a business, had to start paying on my student loans, got into a serious relationship and had big girl bills to pay - amongst you know all the things we actually want to do in life! like travel, have a social life, make our homes beautiful, treat our loved ones and parent (pets and kids).
So all things considered, I think it’s pretty easy to understand how common it is to struggle with anxiety! There’s a lot to do, but limited time and limited resources. We’re all just trying to be our best selves everyday.
To me, being the best version of myself starts with a grounded morning. As they say - “win the morning, win the day” so it’s important to take care of myself first. I fill my cup and then pour out into others, my work and the day’s demands.
