Have You Tried Reformer Pilates?
A memory popped up in my camera roll that I did my first Pilates class one year ago - November 2023! it made me feel so grateful that I finally found the courage to try a class because it is such an incredible type of movement, especially for women.
Pilates is low impact and really helps build up your core strength, which is important for so many reasons.
I also love the sense of community and “girlhood” that I feel when I go to a Pilates class. the energy is really empowering and inspiring.
Here are my tips for someone who is new / a beginner to reformer pilates.
