Simple, Satisfying, Healthy Lunch

This sandwich has been a hyper-fixation of mine for months. I’m not even exaggerating that I’ve made it 30+ times, with a few variations depending on what groceries I happen to have on hand.

The Must-Have Ingredients:

  • Thicker Wheat Bread (or your bread of choice)

  • Avocado

  • Sprouts

  • Cracked Pepper and Pink Himalayan salt

Bonus Ingredients:

  • White or Red Onion

  • Tomato

  • Feta Cheese Crumbles

  • Cucumbers

  • Provolone Cheese Slices

  • Paprika

  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

  • Sunflower Seeds (or seed of choice)

Step 1: Toast Bread

Step 2: Cut avocado and smash into a bowl.

Step 3: Spread smashed avocado on toast.

Step 4: Add slice of provolone cheese (optional).

Step 5: Pile on a bunch of sprouts.

Step 6: Add vegetables (onion, tomato or cucumber).

Step 7: Add a bunch of cracked pepper and salt, OR

Step 8: Add Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Step 9: Add Feta Cheese Crumbles (optional).

Step 10: Enjoy!
