What To Do When You Feel Betrayed
Feeling betrayed can be a very hard experience to fully grasp. It’s common to be in denial over what has happened. We all tell ourselves so many stories about “the truth” of what happened.
It’s usually best to take some space from the person, environment or situation so you can zoom out and see more clearly. Our judgement and perspective can be clouded when we’re so close.
