Foods Known To Cause Bloating
I’m going to speak from personal experience but I think a lot of us can relate that when we over indulge in these “comfort” foods, then the more we crave them. Then, it is easier to be like well I already ate / feel like crap so might as well continue.
This cycle leaves us feeling worse and worse. Once I go too far down that rabbit hole, it also starts to affect my mental health.
For me, the biggest culprits are french fries, heavy desserts, super salty snacks and over consuming alcohol.
It’s also crazy how much volume of GOOD food we can eat that’s the same amount of calories, but waaay higher nutritional value.
