I seriously hate the feeling of being inflamed more than anything because it’s uncomfortable, it kills my confidence, it makes me tired, and it hurts my motivation to exercise.
Plus! on top of that, chronic inflammation can lead to a lot of health issues such as joint pain, heart disease, fatigue and more. This inflammation is your body signaling to you that something is off.
A great place to start is by being more mindful of what you eat by adding anti-inflammatory foods like berries, leafy greens, nuts and fatty fish. Small adjustments can make a huge difference over time.
