50 Things To Do Instead Of Scrolling

A few years ago, I was someone who scrolled until I fell asleep, charged my phone under my pillow, and checked it upon waking up. Yikessss!

There were a lot of factors contributing to why I was unwell and anxious but that was certainly the icing on the cake to start and end my day. 
About two years ago, I decided to make a small but mighty change. I started charging my phone in the living room. My bedroom is now a phone free zone.

This has had a profound impact on my life in general but especially my morning routine (which is arguably more successful if you have a mindful evening routine as well so you wake up feeling refreshed). I can go into all that more in another post. For now, I wanted to share 50 healthy alternative habits, ideas and activities to opt for inside of a scroll session.
