Meal Prep Tips For Busy Schedules

There are so many ways to help plan your meals ahead besides just the stereotypical meal prep style that involves cooking a huge volume of one meal and putting it into 7 tupper-ware containers for the week.

I get bored of eating the same things and my mood changes based of the other activities in my day so that route was never appealing to me.

I try to find a balance between planning ahead and being realistic about what I’ll actually want to eat day to day.
