Course Title: Embodied Fitness for Pregnancy & Beyond
Dates: Monday September 1st to December 22nd.
Learning Objective: Purpose driven movement to support pregnancy, labor and postpartum recovery.
Requirements for A+ Grade:
Class Attendance
Attend 4 classes per week
Choose from yin yoga, stress release yoga, prenatal yoga, mama pilates, reformer pilates, relax flow, or gym sessions
Documentation

Bluebirds Membership $35 (it’s actually $105 but splitting cost with Face Yoga and Cacao Course) x 4 months = $140
