Subject: Physical Education

Course Title: Embodied Fitness for Pregnancy & Beyond

Dates: Monday September 1st to December 22nd.

Learning Objective: Purpose driven movement to support pregnancy, labor and postpartum recovery.

Requirements for A+ Grade:

  • Class Attendance

    • Attend 4 classes per week

      • Choose from yin yoga, stress release yoga, prenatal yoga, mama pilates, reformer pilates, relax flow, or gym sessions

  • Documentation

    • Sign up for classes ahead of time for accountability

    • Track progress of each class below week by week

  • Final Exam / Capstone Project

    • TBD

$300 Grant:

  • Bluebirds Membership $35 (it’s actually $105 but splitting cost with Face Yoga and Cacao Course) x 4 months = $140

  • ClassPass Membership $20 x 4 months = $80

  • Option To Spend Remaining $80 on More Workout Apparel
